Business process optimization aims to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of services or products. Among various optimization approaches, simulation stands out as one of the most powerful methods for achieving these goals. It offers a risk-free environment to test changes and make data-driven decisions. By accurately modelling processes, running multiple scenarios, creating Multi-Criteria Decision Analyses based on simulated data, and analyzing the outcomes, businesses can achieve significant improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and overall performance.
