Time4Science lecture by Prof. Jagdip Singh at FOI on the challenges of applying human digital twins in organizations

As part of the internal project Time 4 Science, the Faculty of Organization and Informatics hosted a lecture on May 29, 2026, titled “Limits, Tensions, and Risks of Human–AI Assemblages in Organizations: The Case of Human Digital Twins in B2B Sales Contexts”.

FOI students realized COIL virtual collaboration project with students from Pretoria and Amsterdam

Students presented the results of the COIL - Collaborative Online International Learning project (28th May 2026). The innovative COIL learning method was implemented 2018 at FOI and is coordinated by Prof. Dr. Violeta Vidaček Hainš. During the past winter semester 2025/26, COIL was implemented in the Human Resources and Career Development course, 3rd year of the undergraduate study program Information Technologies and Business Digitalization, co-leded by Prof. Dr. Marina Klačmer Čalopa, and associates assistants Dr. Karolina Kokot and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Katarina Pažur Aničić. The head of COIL at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS) is professor Andreia Carita, and at the University of Pretoria, Republic of South Africa, Prof. Dr. Machdel Mathee.

CECIIS 2026: Deadline Extended! Submit Research Papers by 15 June 2026

On Friday, May 29, 2026, we invite you to a lecture titled “Limits, Tensions, and Risks of Human and Artificially Created Communities in Organizations: The Case of Human Digital Twins in B2B Sales Contexts” (original English title: “Limits, Tensions, and Risks of Human–AI Assemblages in Organizations: The Case of Human Digital Twins in B2B Sales Contexts”), which will be held as part of the Faculty’s internal project “Time 4 Science”.

HeyAIde IRI project launched – artificial intelligence for personalized healthcare and remote therapies

At the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Organization and Informatics, a kick-off conference for the three-year research and innovation project HeyAIde – Health Empowerment for You through AI Direct Engagement was held on April 29, 2026. The project is led by BIT4BYTES Ltd., in collaboration with partners FOI, Revent Smart Ltd., and ValMod Center, with the goal of researching and developing innovative smart solutions for personalized remote patient monitoring, consultations, and therapies.
