Laboratory for Purpose-Driven Business develops new knowledge on purpose-driven business and related topics, fosters collaboration and knowledge transfer between academia and the business community, and raises awareness of the importance of purposeful business.
Laboratory activities
- Conducting interdisciplinary research in the field of purpose-driven business and organizational development
- Developing and validating instruments for measuring the level of purposeful business/organization
- Collaboration with international scientists and the business sector, as well as knowledge transfer through projects, publications, and conferences
- Supporting companies in implementing purpose-driven business strategies and developing managerial guidelines
- Education and mentoring young researchers, ensuring the continuous development of the Faculty's research capacities
- Networking with various stakeholders that in any way connect the field of purposeful business from academia, industry, and the public sector
