Center for Forensic, Biometry and Privacy is an organizational unit of the Faculty founded with the aim to foster research in the fields of biometry, privacy and computer forensics.
Goals
- to continuously plan and provide the infrastructure for research in the field of biometrics, privacy, and computer forensics
- to implement projects in the field of biometrics, privacy, security and computer forensics
- to conduct seminars, workshops and courses aimed at informing potential participants about new developments in biometrics, privacy, and computer forensics
- to conduct research in the fields of interest
- to work on certification of biometric, information products and services and computer forensics
- to continuously conduct education in biometrics, privacy , security and computer forensics
- to cooperate with companies and organizations dealing with implementation, application and production of the biometric products and services as well as privacy and computer forensics
- to cooperate with other scientific research institutions in the field.
