Centre for Quality in ICT

Goals

• to organize and perform thematic workshops and seminars with the aim to improve quality in different areas of ICT (creating software, ICT system lifecycle, security systems, continual ICT support, ICT products, IEGovernance, ICT profession, etc.)
• to implement research and to improve teaching activities at FOI within quality assurance in ICT
• to foster competences of teachers and students within the field of quality assurance in ICT
• to participate on research and professional conferences in the field of quality assurance in ICT
• to create and maintain the database of knowledge in the field of ICT as well as to publish the books, guides and papers
• to design and to implement research projects in the field of quality assurance in ICT
• to continually research, monitor and implement new paradigms, norms and methods for quality improvements in different fields of ICT
• to cooperate with other centres and laboratories of the Faculty, with the companies that deal with the issues of quality assurance as well as with other research institutions.
