GTF, FOI and TTF of the University of Zagreb, celebrated the World Environment Day together in Varaždin for the fourth year in a row. The actions of this year's World Environment Day are focused on land restoration, combating desertification and drought resistance, all under the slogan 'Our country. Our future. GenerationRestoration'.

On the occasion of 15 years since the founding of the alumni association, the Faculty of Organization and Informatics held the annual FOI Alumni Day, on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at FOI 1, Pavlinska 2 in Varaždin.The backbone of the event was a round table with prominent FOI alumni, as well as networking and socializing of former students, teachers and friends of the Faculty.

The sixteenth FOI International Days  took place at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin from May 15 to 17, 2024. The central theme of the event was Sustainable Partnerships. This year, we hosted a record number of international participants. Almost 60 teachers, researchers, experts and students from 10 countries across three continents (Europe, North America, and Africa) attended the event, with nearly 350 participants taking part in the three-day programme. FOI International Days 2024 were organized by the FOI International Relations Office.

We are very happy to announce that this year's keynote speakers at our CECIIS 2024 conference are Full Prof. Srđan Čapkun, Ph.D. from Zurich Information Security and Privacy Center (ZISC), Full Prof. Hanni Muukkonen, Ph.D. from Faculty of Education and Psychology, University of Oulu, Finland and Full Prof. Bart Rienties, Ph.D. from Institute of Educational Technology at the Open University UK.
