Innovative, practical approach to physical education with special lecture on sedentary lifestyles

The invited lecture, titled “Consequences of a sedentary lifestyle and work, prevention and risk management with practical examples”, was delivered by renowned kinesiology expert Mario Starek.

The Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI) is once again organizing a series of trainings and workshops for its staff, scheduled throughout February 2026. The program covers topics ranging from security policies, project management, and the application of artificial intelligence, to pedagogical approaches, mental health, and ethics in science and entrepreneurship. The trainings are designed to provide staff with practical knowledge, enhance professional skills, and enable the application of new technologies and methods in daily work.

FOI diplomas now available in the digital diploma registry via e-Građani
Since July 4, 2025, the digital diploma registry, which is part of the ISeVO system, has been connected to the e-Građani system. This connection provides Croatian citizens, including former and current students of the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI), with easy and secure access to their diplomas and other final documents in digital form.

Artificial Intelligence and cooperation with India in focus at a joint event in Varaždin
On Wednesday, 28 January 2026, a thematic session titled “Artificial Intelligence and India: Opportunities for Students, Research and Cooperation” was held at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI) in Varaždin. The event was jointly organised by the Embassy of India in the Republic of Croatia and the University of Zagreb Faculty of Organization and Informatics.
