The digital diploma registry has been in use since January 1, 2024. Since then, higher education institutions are required to issue diplomas and diploma supplements in both printed and digital formats and to store the digital versions in the registry. In parallel, data on previously issued diplomas and certificates from 1984 to the end of 2023 are being entered.
For the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, the digital diploma registry currently contains 7,136 undergraduate and graduate diplomas issued between 2008 and 2023. All diplomas issued in 2024 and 2025 are automatically recorded in the registry. The faculty is also actively entering data for undergraduate and graduate diplomas issued before the introduction of ISVU, as well as postgraduate diplomas.
As an institution leading digital transformation in higher education, FOI aims, through the process of digitizing diplomas that were previously not included in the information system, to create a complete and permanent digital archive of its final documents.
The digital diploma registry is accessible via the e-Services catalog on the e-Građani portal, under the “Education” section, as well as on the website visokoobrazovanje.hr, where users can check whether their diplomas are recorded in the system.
The development of the ISeVO system continues under the leadership of the University computing centre Srce, with completion planned by the end of 2026. Additional modules are being developed to make ISeVO the central registry of key higher education data in the Republic of Croatia.
