FOI at the International Cooperation Days of the University of Pécs 2026

Associate Professor Martina Tomičić Furjan, PhD, Vice Dean of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI), participated in the International Cooperation Days organized by the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pécs in April 2026, with the aim of strengthening cooperation and sharing experiences in the field of internationalization.

The International Week organized by the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pécs is held annually in the spring and provides an opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and experiences, as well as discussions on current topics related to internationalization in higher education. This year’s theme focused on the importance of short-term mobility programs and experiential learning.At this event, Associate Professor Martina Tomičić Furjan, Vice Dean for Science, Projects, and International Cooperation at FOI, delivered a workshop titled “Encouraging Internationalization through Short-Term Mobility Programmes.” The workshop particularly emphasized FOI’s experience in organizing Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) funded through the Erasmus funding scheme, as well as educational programs related to Digital Transformation and contemporary development concepts.The participation took place within the framework of the institutional research project “Value Perspectives in Digital Transformation Initiatives (VPiDT)”, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
