Annual alumni community gathering: FOI Alumni Casual Friday

University of Zagreb, Faculty of Organization and Informatics, together with the Association of Graduates, Staff, and Friends of the Faculty of Organization and Informatics – AMAC-FOI, invites you to the alumni event FOI Alumni Casual Friday, which will take place on Friday, July 3, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM. This gathering is intended for all members of the FOI community – all our IT professionals, economists, and experts who began or completed their educational journey at FOI, regardless of generation or level of study. We invite all alumni of undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate studies to join us for socializing, exchanging experiences, and building new connections.

Participating in this event offers an opportunity to evoke wonderful memories, but also to create new connections and potential collaborations with colleagues in the profession.

FOI Alumni Casual Friday, as the annual FOI alumni day, we wish to celebrate with you as a key member of our community. Your presence at the event will be invaluable, as your experience will enrich our gathering and provide support to our academic community.

The FOI Alumni Casual Friday program includes participant arrival with refreshments and light snacks in the Info Chill Zone (café in the basement “Rupa” in the FOI 1 building), followed by opening remarks from the Dean, the incoming Dean, and the President of the AMAC-FOI Association in Room 10 of FOI 1, a short presentation on FOI today and the new FOI 2 building also in Room 10, FOI 1, a panel discussion titled “My journey from enrolling at FOI to today: Alumni experiences and the development of the FOI community” in Room 10, FOI 1, and concludes with a group photo and networking session. The panelists are Melita Žestić Jalil, Project Manager and Business Analyst at IGEA; Enes Muslić, CEO and Consultant at Ragusa Info; Marija Gradiček, CEO of Fine'sa Consultings; Monika Bezjak Ćamilov, Team Lead and ERP Consultant at Business Solution Adria; Domagoj Poljak, Chief Technology Officer at Intis; and Brigita Šalomon, CEO of EfektivaPlus.

It will be a special day filled with memories, laughter, and an opportunity to network with dear former colleagues. For you, as a valued member of the FOI alumni community, as well as for all of us gathered in the FOI alumni association, joining this event offers a chance to recall wonderful memories, but also to create new connections and potential collaborations with colleagues in the profession.
