FOI 2: New scientific research campus in Varaždin
About
The FOI 2 project represents a strategic investment in the development of a modern university campus that connects the historic core of Varaždin with state-of-the-art research and educational facilities. The aim is to strengthen research infrastructure, improve the quality of scientific research, and further position FOI within the European Research Area.

The project includes the demolition of the existing FOI 2 building, the construction of new educational infrastructure as part of the FOI Campus, the landscaping of the surrounding area, and the procurement of scientific and non-scientific equipment.
The new building will significantly improve working and learning conditions for more than 2,500 FOI students and staff, strengthen research capacities, foster innovation, enable closer cooperation with industry, and further position the Faculty as a leading institution in the fields of digital technologies and information sciences.
